Shipping & Delivery
Through Beddenplein, we deliver your Bettress for FREE throughout the Netherlands and Flemish Belgium. Unfortunately, we can not deliver to the Wadden Islands.
Choose a delivery date yourself
After you have placed an order in the shop, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You will also receive an e-mail and SMS with which you can plan the order yourself for a desired date.
When you have chosen a delivery date via our delivery portal, we will contact you by phone to confirm this date. If you cannot be reached by phone, we would like to ask you to confirm the delivery date by e-mail. (firstname.lastname@example.org) If we do not receive confirmation by phone or by e-mail, we will be forced to postpone delivery.
In general your Bettress will be delivered between 6 and 21 days, depending on our planning and your preferred delivery date. Would you like to agree on a delivery date before placing your order? We are happy to discuss this with you via our live chat!
Day of delivery
One day before delivery you will receive an e-mail with the daypart on which the deliveryman will deliver your Bettress. On the day of delivery the deliveryman will contact you by phone about 30 minutes beforehand. Please note that these times may vary slightly due to traffic or other unforeseen events.
When purchasing a Bettress, delivery is always free of charge. Our Beddenplein deliverers deliver to the front door. Would you like our delivery man to lift your Bettress upstairs and assemble it? (Maximum up to the second floor) Then choose “With installation” when you compose your box spring. Our delivery person will then also assist in lifting the box spring up to (at most) the second floor. If the user wants Bettress higher than the second floor, there are extra costs involved. If a lift is available, your Bettress will be lifted to the top floor free of charge. If the user does not wish an assembly, the boxspring will be delivered to the front door on the ground floor. Beddenplein cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by bringing the bed upstairs, this is at your own risk. The costs for assembly and/or lifting of the boxspring are deducted from returns. These are always at your own expense.
Of course we hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. Should this not be the case, you have the possibility to return the ordered product within 14 days after receipt. This can be done easily by filling in the RETURNS FORM and emailing it to email@example.com. Please note: You can only return the product if it falls under the 30-day sleep guarantee or if the product is still unopened in the packaging. You can then make use of one of our return options:
We can arrange for your return to be picked up by our delivery service. The cost of this service is € 25,- and will be deducted from the amount you will receive back from us. If you wish to make use of this service, please fill in the return form, stating your order or packing slip number and which items you wish to return. We will then make an appointment with you to collect the items.
You can return smaller items yourself using a parcel service (e.g. PostNL or DHL). You can then hand in the parcel at a PostNL parcel point or a DHL parcel shop. Please stick a paper here with our return address:

You can also return the package yourself to our warehouse in Waalwijk. There are no costs involved. This can be done during our opening hours (Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00). We would like to ask you to notify us in advance by e-mail or telephone.
If reasonably possible, please pack the item securely in its original packaging. In order to process your return smoothly, we ask you to enclose a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation. That way we have all your details at hand. If you have chosen to pay on delivery, please include your bank account number (IBAN) so that we can refund the purchase price.
You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return shipment. Return costs for products under warranty are free. After 6 months you pay €45,- call-out charges.
If you have signed for good receipt and after delivery there appears to be damage or inaccuracies, you can report this to our customer service within 5 days.
Beddenplein is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. Therefore, always ask for a shipping receipt. Keep it or take a picture of it. Beddenplein may legally charge for the damage when the package has not been returned in a proper manner.
We will do everything possible to process your refund as soon as possible. You will receive the refund within 20 working days after receipt of your return. If you have chosen to pay on delivery, we ask you to state your bank account number (IBAN) with your return, so that we can refund the purchase price.

It is possible to collect your order by appointment from our warehouse in Waalwijk. Our warehouse is open 7 days a week from 11.00 – 16.00. You can make an appointment via 085-3030614 or via the chat on the website.
