As Bettress is sold in the Benelux by Deals Company, these conditions of sale apply to every offer made by Deals Company B.V. via the webshop www.bettress.nl as well as www.bettress.be, and to every agreement at a distance that is subsequently established between you and Deals Company B.V. By placing an order through the webshop www.bettress.nl and www.bettress.be, you indicate that you agree with the applicability and content of these online sales conditions.

Applicability of General Terms and Conditions
These User Terms and Conditions of Beddenplein apply to any offer made by Beddenplein via its website and to any distance contract concluded between Beddenplein and the user. Any general terms and conditions of the user do not apply, unless they have been accepted by Beddenplein in writing.
The Agreement is concluded at the moment the user accepts the offer within the time period stated in the offer and the conditions thereby set have been fulfilled, including payment of the price of the product or service offered by means of the payment facility included on the website.
If the user has accepted the offer electronically, Beddenplein shall confirm the receipt of the acceptance of the offer electronically. Beddenplein may – within legal limits – inform itself whether the user can fulfil his payment obligations, as well as of all those facts and factors which are important for a sound conclusion of the distance contract. If, on the basis of this examination, Beddenplein has sound reasons for not entering into the agreement, it is entitled to refuse an order or application or to attach special conditions to its performance.
Period of validity
The period of validity of an offer and special conditions under which a product or service is offered are stated in the offer. Beddenplein reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of an offer without prior notice.
Any offer made on the website, in any form whatsoever, is subject to contract. Apparent errors or mistakes regarding the description of products and services in the offer do not bind Beddenplein.
The prices mentioned in the offer include VAT, the price and the VAT are mentioned on the coupon and can function as an invoice for business purchases. Other invoices than this one will not be provided by Beddenplein.
Discount codes can be used for one year after the date of issue and only if they are entered at the same time as the online order on the website of a particular offer.
The user has the obligation to immediately report inaccuracies in payment data provided or stated to Beddenplein. In case of non-payment by the user Beddenplein has the right, subject to statutory limitations, to charge costs for collection of the outstanding claim.
Delivery and assembly
We deliver throughout the Netherlands (with the exception of the Wadden Islands) and Flemish Belgium. Beddenplein offers free delivery when purchasing one or more box springs. The entire delivery above € 250, – is always free.
After you have placed your order in the online shop, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. You will also receive an e-mail and text message with which you can plan the order yourself on a date that suits you.
Once you have selected a delivery date via our delivery portal, we will contact you by telephone to confirm this date. If you cannot be reached by phone, we would like to ask you to confirm the delivery date by e-mail (email@example.com). If we do not receive confirmation by phone or by e-mail, we will be forced to postpone the delivery.
The place of delivery is the address that the user has given to Beddenplein. Beddenplein will execute accepted orders expeditiously but at least within 30 days, unless a longer delivery period has been agreed upon or is included in the offer. If the delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be executed or can be executed only partially, the user will be notified at the latest 30 days after he has placed the order. In that case, the User shall be entitled to dissolve the contract free of charge. If delivery of an ordered product turns out to be impossible, Beddenplein will make an effort to provide a replacement product. At the latest upon delivery, it will be clearly and comprehensibly stated that a replacement product is being delivered.
If you are not present on the day of delivery without having been notified by Beddenplein, a new delivery appointment will be subject to € 45,- call-out charges.
Delivery service and assembly
Our box springs are delivered free of charge. If the user opts for assembly at a surcharge of € 39.95 (or € 49.95 for electric box springs), our delivery driver will assist in raising the box spring to (at most) the second floor. If the user wants the box-spring to be higher than the second floor, additional costs are not permitted. If a lift is available, the box-spring will be lifted free of charge. If the user does not want an assembly, the boxspring will be delivered to the front door on the ground floor. Beddenplein cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by bringing the bed upstairs, this is at your own risk.
Delivery and damage

If the delivery has been delayed, or if an order cannot be executed or can be executed only partially, the user will be notified at the latest 30 days after he has placed the order. In this case, the User is entitled to dissolve the contract free of charge. If you want the box spring to be brought inside or upstairs, Beddenplein cannot be held responsible for any damage during placing or bringing the bed upstairs. This is entirely at your own risk. If the product does not fit in the lift, the delivery person can help lift it upstairs at the usual cost.
PIN or cash payment on delivery
It is possible to pay the amount of the invoice by PIN or cash upon delivery. Every Beddenplein delivery driver has a mobile pin device at his disposal. The limit of the amount you can withdraw depends on the bank where you are a customer. In addition, this limit may vary per customer as banks make agreements on this with their individual customers. However, it is often possible to have this limit adjusted once. Your bank can inform you about the possibilities and how this works. Please contact your bank one week before delivery.
Right of withdrawal
If the user makes use of his right of withdrawal, he shall bear the costs of returning the goods. If the user has paid an amount, Beddenplein will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 20 working days after the return or withdrawal. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the user shall comply with the reasonable and clear instructions given by Beddenplein in this respect upon the offer and/or upon delivery at the latest.
In case of delivery of products: when purchasing products, the user has the opportunity to dissolve the agreement during 14 working days. This cooling-off period commences on the day after receipt of the product by the user or by a representative designated by the user and made known to Beddenplein in advance. Please let us know in writing that you wish to cancel the distance purchase by completing the contact form on our website Beddenplein or by contacting our customer service. The product must be undamaged, it must be in its original packaging, and the product must be unused. When the consumer has signed for good receipt of the delivery and still finds something wrong, he/she must report this within 5 working days. In case of dissolution in accordance with the previous paragraph, Beddenplein will refund the amount paid by the user as soon as possible, but no later than within 20 working days after dissolution.
During the cooling-off period, the User will handle the product and the packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to judge whether he wishes to keep the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all delivered accessories and in the original condition and packaging to Beddenplein, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by Beddenplein.
If the user exercises his right of withdrawal, the costs of return shipment shall be borne by him. If the user has paid an amount, Beddenplein will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 20 working days after the return or withdrawal.
Exclusion of right of withdrawal
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies to the following products:
That have been produced by Beddenplein in accordance with the user’s specifications.
That have been put into use by the user.
That are clearly personal in nature.
That cannot be returned due to their nature.
That spoil or age quickly.
The price of which is subject to fluctuations on the financial market over which Beddenplein has no influence.
For single newspapers and magazines.
For audio and video recordings and computer software of which the user has broken the seal.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies to services:
Concerning accommodation, transport, restaurant business or leisure activities to be performed on a certain date or during a certain period.
Of which the delivery has begun with the express consent of the user before the period of reflection has expired.
Concerning betting and lotteries.
Beddenplein offers a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. You are then entitled to a free repair or a new product. This warranty applies from the date of purchase. Return costs for products under guarantee are free. After 6 months you pay €45,- call-out charges.
To claim the warranty, you must meet the following conditions:
You can prove that you have made a purchase at www.beddenplein.nl.
The product is undamaged and clean.
You use the product according to the instructions provided.
The guarantee does not apply to product-specific properties that contribute to the character of the product, wear and tear and improper use of the product. Materials, such as wood and fabric, continue to change due to differences in temperature and the colour may be affected by light. Beddenplein cannot be held responsible for problems caused by product characteristics. Please contact us for advice on product-specific properties.
Formation of indentations
The formation of indentations may occur naturally in the mattress after a few weeks, when the mattress has adapted to the body. This is a normal process. The mattress does not lose any support or comfort. The guarantee only applies to extreme indentation; measured more than 3.0 cm.
Beddenplein offers no guarantee on box springs that squeak due to wear and tear. Check whether the legs are properly mounted and tightened. With a hard floor, use extra felt under the legs. With (electrically) adjustable beds, moving parts may make a noise, for example due to humidity or temperature. You can solve this by spraying the hinges with silicone spray.
Beddenplein offers no warranty on washed products that are not suitable for machine washing. (Top)mattress covers should only be cleaned by means of a hoover.
Additional Warranties of Beddenplein
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, Beddenplein offers the following additional guarantees.
30-day sleep guarantee
The 30 days sleep guarantee applies to the entire collection Boxsprings from a purchase amount of € 400.00.
Beddenplein refunds the full purchase price or we will search together for a suitable sleep system.
You can claim up to 30 days after delivery our sleep guarantee. You must have tried the box spring for at least 14 days. Your body needs this time to ‘get used’ to the new sleeping system.
You have one opportunity to claim our 30 day sleep guarantee.
The sleep guarantee is not transferable to third parties.
If the product to be exchanged is damaged, soiled or broken, this guarantee does not apply.
The product must be dismantled and ready for return in its original packaging (including cardboard corners).
Free products, by-products (duvet, cover, fitted sheet etc.) and/or assembly and payment costs will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
Any accessories (duvets, fitted sheets etc.) are not covered by the sleep guarantee and the retail price of these items will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
You will be refunded within 20 working days at the latest, if it meets the conditions set.
Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to Beddenplein within a reasonable time, fully and clearly described, after the user has found the defects. Complaints submitted to Beddenplein shall be answered within a period of 14 days after the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, Beddenplein will answer within the term of 14 days with a notice of receipt and an indication when the user can expect a more detailed answer.
